Acnezine All Natural Acne Formula.
Acnezine is an all-natural antioxidant formula that reduces acne without harmful side

1. Wash affected areas twice daily.

more often.
2. Shampoo regularly.
Wash your hair daily and keep it away from areas on your face and shoulders that are affected by acne. Not only
will hair irritate your skin, but it can also add more oil to an area that’s already producing excessive amounts of
sebum. So keep your hair clean as well as up and off of your face.
3. Shave carefully - or not at all.
If you can, avoid shaving areas of your skin that are affected by acne as much as possible. Shaving will
irritate your skin and can exacerbate inflammation. If you must shave, take care to avoid nicking pimples. Also,
use a fresh shaving blade each time. Both of these practices will decrease the likelihood that you’ll spread the
infection.
4. Don’t use cosmetics.
Avoid using make-up on acne-prone areas of your skin. Cosmetics tend to clog pores and may also contain
fragrances and other ingredients that irritate the skin. If you simply must wear make-up, choose brands that are
non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic and fragrance-free.
5. Don’t “pop” your pimples.
Removing a pimple is a job for a medical professional under sterile conditions. You should not pop, pick,
scratch or squeeze pimples with your fingernails or any other tool, such as a pin or a pair of tweezers. Doing so
could not only lead to infection, but it could also result in the permanent scarring of surrounding skin
tissue.
6. Use over-the-counter acne treatments.
Acnezine is a natural but very
powerful acne remedy that has been developed by the famous US based Revitol skincare laboratories. Acnezine works well when used in combination with mild,
over-the-counter acne treatments that are readily available from your local drugstore. Try a brand that contains
benzoyl peroxide in gel or cream form, or a formula that contains salicyclic acid. Use a low-strength treatment,
and apply it once a day 30 minutes after you’ve washed the affected area. Don’t, however, use a nonprescription
cream or gel of more than five percent strength without the recommendation of your doctor.
7. Watch what you eat.
Although some medical doctors discount food as a factor in acne, some practitioners of alternative medicine
recommend that acne sufferers eat foods high in beta-carotene, which is found in yellow and orange fruits and
vegetables, such as yellow squash, carrots, cantaloupe and pumpkin. Carrot juice with or without a touch of honey
may be beneficial as well. They also recommend that those who have acne shall avoid fatty foods.
8. Take your vitamins.
Some nutritionists also recommend that those who have acne take vitamin supplements. In particular, they
recommend chromium to accelerate the body’s ability to break down glucose; 200 to 400 IUs of Vitamin E per day to
fight free radicals; 650 mg of Vitamin B per day to regulate hormones and support the effectiveness of Acnezine;
and Vitamin A to reduce the body’s production of sebum and keratin.
Vitamin A, in particular, should be used with caution, as mega doses of the vitamin can cause
many side effects, including fatigue, joint and muscle pain, and headaches. In fact, mega doses of any vitamin
supplement should not be taken without consulting a qualified professional. Indeed, if you suffer from acne, don’t
use any of the above recommendations without the guidance of a qualified medical practitioner who is thoroughly
familiar with your health status.
